The Pastor — Leads the church and its spiritual direction
The Church Board — The pastor and elders who guide church decisions
The Elders — Experienced leaders who help shepherd the church
Ministerial Leaders / Deacons — Leaders who serve in different areas of ministry
Area Coordinators — Cell group leaders who care for small groups
DBS Facilitators — Leaders who guide Discovery Bible Study groups
